For waybills, we encourage our clients to access and book for pick ups via our dash delivery website www.dashdelivery.com.ph.

Terms and Conditions

  • Shipper warrants all information provided are true and correct. Should there be any changes and/or incorrect information which results to return or re-forwarding to other address, charges will be incurred.
  • For shipments with NO DECLARED VALUE, liability of Dash Delivery shall be limited to the refund of freight charged.
  • For shipments with DECLARED VALUE, liability of Dash Delivery shall be limited to the DECLARED VALUE stated on the waybill, or for Php 500 (maximum insurable amount), whichever is lower.
  • Dash Delivery offer extended liability upto PhP 10,000. Shipper must pay 1% of the DECLARED VALUE for added insurance and extended liability coverage. Please send us a message at [email protected] for assistance.
  • Dash Delivery shall not be liable for any losses or damages due to unforeseen events such as by Act of God or force majeure, other damages such as consequential, moral or exemplary damages, improper packaging labelling and/or other circumstances beyond the control of Dash Delivery.
  • Shipper agrees that shipment does not contain cash, jewelries (precious stones and golds), valuable documents such as passports, visas, land titles, certificates and the like, prohibited items such as, but not limited to illegal drugs and substances, guns, explosives, flammable items, hazardous chemicals and the like.
  • Proof of Delivery is available only upon shipper’s request. Shipper agrees to verify the status within 7 days from date of acceptance from Dash Delivery, otherwise Proof of Delivery documents shall be disposed.
  • Dash Delivery shall only do TWO (2) attempts in delivering the package. RTS or return to sender is done after attempting to deliver twice, and no refund shall be made.
  • Dash Delivery shall not be liable for any loss/damage when the package are transferred to our provincial shipping partners. Our shipping partner will held liable in such occurrence.
